Pre-Construction

A project’s overall success begins with an early and well-conceived pre-construction plan involving the entire team. Ryder Construction’s strategy is to identify options, assist the Owner in making informed, educated decisions, develop an efficient project management system to address challenges, and to achieve schedule, quality and cost goals – all while minimizing Owner risk.

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff works with the client team to define expectations in the design and constructability review, existing conditions surveys, building material recommendations and selection, project site logistics plans, permitting, coordination with local utilities and public transportation, LEED Certification goals, the review and hiring of subcontractors, and identification and solicitation of early bid and pre-purchasing opportunities.

Construction

Ryder Construction provides comprehensive construction management and general contracting services for a full spectrum of project types and sizes. We coordinate, supervise, and execute the construction work to assure that the project is completed safely, within the budget and schedule requirements.

LEED

Ryder Construction has established a multi-step approach to ensure a project seeking LEED certification meets its desired sustainability goals. Our knowledgeable estimating and purchasing teams identify green design options and materials during the pre-construction phase in order to enable the project team to comprehensively manage all documentation required as part of the LEED application submittal.
