Ryder Construction worked with the Roundabout Theater to create an ultra-luxurious space in the Studio 54 VIP Lounge dedicated to its theater patrons. The lounge space was created by excavating a portion of the theatre’s cellar, as part of an ongoing multi-million dollar phase renovation.
“In memory of the funk ‘n fantasy that cavorted within its walls, the Roundabout commissioned Ryder Construction and White Webb to bring back the disco beat. Seeking to create a lounge for its patrons, the Roundabout asked the team to turn a long-forgotten basement space into Broadway’s classiest VIP room.
According to Roundabout’s Artistic Director, Todd Haimes, “When we decided to build a Patron’s Lounge in Studio 54 for our most generous supporters and industry VIPs. We couldn’t be more excited by what they created.” [Roundabout Theater]
