A new 12 story, 85,000 square foot, high end condominium building located at the intersection of Greenwich village, Chelsea and Flatiron.

Morris Adjimi Architects designed this building respectful of the area’s characteristics. A façade with a combination of brick and metal panel beveled window surrounds, custom oversized European windows and metal cladded flying perimeter concrete beams high above street level creating a powerful presence on the northeast corner of sixth Avenue and 14th street.

The interiors feature high ceilings, custom Italian cabinets, custom fixtures, high end appliances and marble throughout.  The amenities include a lounge area fitted out with custom millwork, leather bench seats, and a full gym.  Exterior amenities include a courtyard and rooftop areas which are both finished with pavers, landscaping and sound systems.
