A new 100,000 sq.ft commercial building located off Roosevelt avenue in Queens consists of two levels below grade and two levels above. The 45foot deep foundation included a massive SOE design with steel tie backs, underpinning and mat slab. Highlights include two car elevators, escalators and multiple passenger elevators to accommodate the tenant spaces. All base building work was heavily coordinated with tenant requirements as part of their build outs. Multiple rooftop HVAC units and generator were provided for tenant use. All base building accommodations were made for Target, Starbucks, Chilpolte, Smashburger, Chic-fil-A, and Emblem Health.
