Located in the historic Yorkville neighborhood with amenities including a fitness center and wellness lounge, a playroom and art studio, an entertainment suite, a screening room, private parking, and a lounge with catering kitchen. The 34-stories, 78-units cover 209,000 sf including a 3,558 sqft commercial space on First Avenue.   The Tower’s façade of brick and glass dovetail with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking sweeping city views.
