250 North 10th Street

Ryder Construction led the team building this sprawling six-story 234-unit, 208,700 square foot residence located in the heart of Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, a block from McCarren Park. SLCE Architects have captured the essence of Brooklyn with its Roebling Street façade serving as a dazzling graffiti street mural which pays tribute to the Brooklyn Bridge designer John Roebling.   The distinctive glossy façade of primary colored panels is developed by LCOR and features a number of amenities including a landscaped roof deck, club room, parking garage, café and fitness center.
