One of Ryder's many townhouse renovations includes the conversion of this 1902 coach house originally constructed by the Vanberbilts into this sophisticated blend of old and new features. The total renovation consisted of restoring existing millwork details and finishes while incorporating them in a surrounding of high-tech architectural details.
