At Ryder we have maintained an impeccable record for job site safety for over 30 years.  Our safety record is reliant upon:

         • Careful planning before construction to create detailed site logistics plans and project specific manuals that 
            ensure the safety on the job site as well as neighboring areas.

         • A contractual requirement that each subcontractor prepare their own site safety manuals that coordinate with
           Ryder’s safety program.

         • Site Supervisors that have obtained their Construction Superintendent licenses from the New York City Building
           Department.

         • A supervisory staff that is versed in industry safety procedures including OSHA site safety training and specific New
           York City Building Department safety certificates.

         • Daily safety meetings with the subcontractors whereby safety issues are reviewed and minutes are kept of each
           meeting.

         • Subcontractors and laborers that are trained and certified in the safety procedures necessary to carry out their daily
           functions.

         • A clean, well organized environment on every site throughout the construction.
