Ryder's portfolio of specialty venue spaces, includes:

A 5,000 square foot ballroom and banquet facility for the Indonesioan Mission to the United Nations, designed in the national motif with indigenous woods and fabrics.  The space was created as part of the mission's expansion and modernization.

A 15,000 square foot fine art gallery on 57th Street in Manhattan.  Ryder constructed the space with subtle detail and lighting to maximize the impact of the art work.
