Ryder completed this conversion of a 100,000 residential building to student dormitories for The New School. The project entailed the creation of over 100 units with new kitchens and bathrooms, the installation of a new sprinkler system and a complete mechanical and plumbing upgrade of the building. The year-long project was completed while the building maintained its normal residential function and occupancy.
