Ryder is well-versed in retail outlet and shopping center construction.  Pictured above are:

              The Sports Authority - A 50,000-square-foot, two-level Sports Authority outlet that Ryder completed at
              the Pennsylvania Hotel. The project was completed and operational in fourteen weeks with new
              elevators, escalators, mechanical and electrical systems.

              Green Acres Shopping Center - A total rehabilitation and expansion of a World War II munitions 
              factory that Ryder converted to create 150,000 square feet of retail space in the Green Acres
              Shopping Center complex on Long Island. The expanded center houses stores such as K-Mart and
              Waldbaum's.
