Project Details:

Originally built in 1891, Ryder restored 104 Wooster Street and converted it into one of SoHo’s finest
condominium loft buildings.  The 30,000 square foot, state-of-the-art conversion included restoration of the building’s historic features and the addition of two duplex Penthouse apartments.
