Manheimer and Co., one of New York's largest distributors of flavors and fragrances engaged Ryder to expand their warehouse and distribution facility in Long Island City with a 60,000 square foot above and below grade addition. Faced with extremely difficult sub-soil conditions, Ryder completed the project within budget.
