Ryder’s full renovation of the Omni Berkshire Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, entailed the renovation of 396 rooms, corridors and public spaces. The project required the installation of new lighting and power systems. Rooms featured custom woodwork walls with built in wardrobe units. Ryder completed the project on a phased basis while the hotel maintained its normal function.
