Ryder has completed full renovations, additions and extensions of numerous high-end townshouses.  Displayed above are:

(from top to bottom)

       •  The conversion of a 1902 coach house originally constructed by the Vanberbilts into blend of old
          and contemporary features. The total renovation consisted of restoring existing millwork details
          and finishes while incorporating them in a surrounding of high-tech architectural details.

        • The total renovation of a 12,500 square foot townhouse off Manhattan's Museum Mile,  which entailed
           the creation of dramatic through floor spaces with balconies and overhangs.

        • The full renovation of an East Side townhouse including expansion of the building to include a
           penthouse addition, rear extension and professional offices.
