Project Details:

Ryder completed this 30,000 square foot condominium building in Manhattan’s NoLita district.  The 7-story brick building, designed in turn-of-the-century styling, houses 15 residential units and ground-level commercial units.  The project required careful planning and methodology to demolish the existing structure and erect the new building in the midst of adjacent buildings constructed in the early 1900s.
