American Airlines Theatre for The Roundabout Theatre Company was a historic restoration of the 1890 Selwyn Theatre as part of the revitalization of Times Square.

The project consisted of the restoration and modernization of the existing theatre structure as well as a new two story addition consisting of a Penthouse Reception/Banquet facility, and VIP lounge. There was also a six story addition connected to the rear of the theatre structure which houses the dressing rooms, toilets, and elevators.
